It is charter day..on the good ship Promenade

And with over 5 weeks of work, we are working right up to the last moment to be ready for it...and we did not think we had a lot to do..We are finally on dock at Village Cay and I can hear the tap tap of the shrouds being tightened above my head..you can read the saga of that fun story yesterday on my personal blog here if you are interested...

The fridge is full, the freezer will not fit another item in it, and the boat passes for clean I believe. I understand this wild wet weather is supposed to be ending by Monday..That will be nice!



I came home yesterday to see THIS on the davits..apparently we are upgrading for our SWIM Vacation Charter!


And we have a brand new hard mooring ball for our mooring with our name painted on it and everything..I wonder how long it will take the Peter Island ferry to run it over!!!!


Just waiting for the rest of the Swim Vacation crew/guides to come in now, Lisa and i have made sure we left them LOTS of work to do..after all they will be fresh and buoyant.... And the next time you hear from me I will be charter blogging!
