Felix & Lindsey, Charter Crew Extraordinaire, Yacht Promenade Charter ...

..I am finally getting around to updating our crew page with pictures on Lindsey and Felix. A lot of our guests know them already. It IS our intention over the winter season to still be involved with the charters, but, as they are more and more comfortable in their roles, we expect to be onboard the actual yacht less during the charter week. No, we are not going anywhere, I envision us being able to be able to interact and provide support for the yacht and crew, several times throughout the charter week, but not always be on overnight. Maybe I will just do the diving, or cook a couple dinners, or indeed, scary thought, come for dinner!

Why you may ask? Well you can, and I will tell you I am old and fat in a nutshell! Nothing like telling it like it is!!! Age and size is catching up to me, as well as wanting to focus a bit more on other projects we have going on. This worked very well when Richard and Lisa worked for us several years, and we expect it will work just as easily with Lindsey and Felix.


You may wonder how we can do that..We think it will work. We have a 25' Dive boat that we will make more use of going back and forth, and we are working on having a smaller trawler additionally. This will also allow us to spend a bit more time at home in the states in between charters as we will have full time crew on there taking care of it when we are not there.

I threw Lindsey in at the Deep End provisioning for the next charter... I have had to stop myself from sending her a billion texts messages, silly things like Lisa will remember I said "did you remember the salt and pepper" I actually have felt sorry for F & L at times, imagine doing everything under OUR eagle eyes!









Felix and Lindsey work well together as a team..Lindsey is the "keep it all together and balls in the air girl" and Felix is the "calm laid back Male who can fix anything on the yacht and catch fish with his bare hands" captain. Felix has been working and training underneath Bazza to get his Boatmaster's License for several years now. He has come to know the British Virgin Islands very well, but is originally from Dominica. I am possibly looking at adding a couple weeks availability late next spring for charters around Dominica..Somewhere different for our guests!



They have both finished their Advanced Diver Courses and you can believe I will be training them up to Dive Master and then Instructor. They both love SCUBA Diving!

The additional benefit of having Felix and Lindsey on Promenade full time, is the yacht can do what it was meant to do. Be a charter yacht. We can open up more dates, instead of us only doing half a year or so over the last couple years!

Which means I have some specials on for open weeks this summer and fall (2012). We are offering up to 10 guests on the casually inclusive plan for $14,000 a very special rate on these weeks ONLY.

In addition our calendar below shows the dates we are already booked for next season. We have still some good time in January, a week or two in February, a couple weeks in March and the last half of April open..then wide open after that.
