A competent licensed captain/crew to be in charge of the boat, and boat safety at all times.
Full water tanks at beginning of charter (750) gallons.
75 gallons of diesel fuel included, and 5 gallons gas for tender.
Use of all equipment as inventoried on board.
Cruising Taxes, National Parks permit and VISAR fee included
The base charge is $11,250 for up to & including 8 guests and $12,500 for 9-12 guests.
You are responsible for these costs: food & beverage, extra ice, garbage disposal, diesel fuel (over 75 gallons), tender fuel over 5 gallons, moorings, customs and immigration between countries, and any additional expenses besides what is included above. Additionally, you are responsible for all the cooking, and cleaning the yacht returning it except for normal wear and tear in the same general condition and cleanliness at the end of the charter week.
An incidental/fuel deposit will be required with the booking. The unused portion will be returned to you at the end of the week with a full accounting of expenses.
unlimited SCUBA diving
$10.00 per person per dive for certified divers, $125.00 BC and Reg rental if required per person for the week. Guests assume all responsibility for diving, however, if a divemaster is wanted or required then it is $50.00 per dive.
options
Provisioning Service: For the most part, complimentary, please ask.
On board cook: You choose how many lunches and dinners you would like a cook for and we will work with you on the menus.
$90.00 for each dinner, and $90.00 for each lunch/appetizers plus food costs. We do not provide freelance cooks, although you are welcome to hire one as long as you have a cabin for them.

$800.00 the night before charter commences.

sailing times, payment schedule and refund policy
Boarding is anytime after 12 noon. Yacht returns on departure day at 10:00 am. Promenade sails out of Harbourview Marina in the East End of Tortola. For cruises more than 180 days away the deposit is 25% of the total rate, with a further 25% due 180 days out. For cruises less than 180 days away, the deposit is 50%. The remaining 50% balance is due 60 days in advance. In the case of cancellation, all payments are fully refundable, less a 15% commission, provided the yacht is fully re-booked for the same period.
